At the next Young@Heart musical morning, talented guitar player and singer Graeme Dickinson will be performing. 1st November at 10-11:30am.

History in the making

Do you love history and investigating people’s stories? If so, the Old Settlement is for you. The group house and school room are full of old furniture and exhibits that show the hardships and celebrations of a hundred years of history.

The new addition of a clever mural painted on corrugated tin walls can also be seen in our story here.

The Historical Society welcomes visitors and much needed volunteers to help.

A Taste of India

The next tasty Intercultural Cooking Class will be A Taste of India, vegetarian style.

Learn from the experts and mingle with other culinary enthusiasts on 8th November, 10-1pm at the Heart Margaret River.

The group are bridging the diversity of the Augusta Margaret River Community, U3A and Seniors Week.

Lions Garage Sale

The thrill of finding just what you need in the electrical backroom on a Lions Garage Sale day will make your week. The whole shed is packed with bargains and is quite a treasure trove.

The next Margaret River Lions sale is on Saturday 6th November. Drop off any donations on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The charity helps many community groups.
