Nature Conservation

Fancy winning a scenic helicopter flight at a cocktail party auction? There will be a spring tasting menu, with matching wines and music by Burke & Wise at Cullen’s, Wilyabrup, Margaret River. It is a special fundraising auction for Nature Conservation on Saturday 28th August, with all proceeds going to their coastal and land care programmes at Cowaramup and Gracetown.

Nannas for Native Forests

Would you like to join the leaf-stitching nannas that meet on Thursday mornings in various cafes? They talk with the public about raising awareness of the plight of our forests and support the campaign to stop logging, stitch by stitch, leaf by leaf, and conversation by conversation.

Everyone is welcome, as they have all the materials and can show you what to do. On 5th August they will be at the Black Sheep Deli, Bussell Highway, Cowaramup, from 11.30 to 1pm to stitch the leaf badges.
