It’s Quiz night again this Friday night at the Margaret River Tapas Bar. Book your table of six and the questions start at 6pm. Delicious food and drinks are available all night.
Driftwood Estate up on Caves Road are hosting a weekend of Brazilian Music and Dance this long weekend with events from 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. You can grab wine and food from the Driftwood Restaurant before dancing away in the amphitheatre.
For something a bit more mellow, head to Marq Wines for their Claydate event – a relaxing day of making and grazing on Saturday or Sunday. The day starts with a two hour workshop to craft your own clay creations and is followed by an afternoon of grazing boards and soaking up the sweet sounds of RMR regular Kiera Jas. To kick off school holiday activities, there’s a Musical Theatre workshop next Tuesday at the Heart with a second one the following week. Hosted by local singing teacher Andrea Manners, kids will learn healthy vocal techniques and musical theatre classics to perform for parents.
The movies are all about the kids next week with Space Jam 2, Free Guy and Jungle Cruise all screening at The Heart next Thursday, 30th September for some school holiday fun. Tickets for all sessions are just $9.
And, this long weekend is your last chance to visit one of the 140 Open Studios across the region. There’s some incredible art out there so pop out and see some over the next three days.
