Weekend Markets
The Dunsborough Central Markets, at the Lions Park on Dunn Bay Road are also on Saturday from 8am til 5pm.
On Sunday the Margaret River Town Square Markets are on from 8am till 12.30pm, but due to the main st revamp, they’ve been moved across the road to Memorial Park, cnr of Wilmott Ave and Townview Tce.
Wildwood Valley Cooking School
Wildwood Valley Cooking School opens its doors at 9.30 Saturday morning.
You can learn the secrets to either a Taste of Tuscany or Thai Temptations. It includes a 5 course feast.
Small groups only so bookings essential via the Wildwood Valley website. It’s held at the Wildwood Valley Cottages in Yallingup.
Lions Garage Sale
The Lions Club Garage Sale is on this Saturday from 8:30am (7:30am for the outside goods), on Burton Rd.
This is a great place to pick up second hand furniture and goods and support the Lions in the process.
Mindfulness and Nature Retreat
This Friday night from 5pm to 8.30 Fair Harvest Permaculture Farm is hosting a Mindfulness and Nature retreat with Ian Hackett.

Margaret River HEART
MOVIES
This Friday night at 7:00pm you can see Rams which premiered at CinefestOZ. Rams was filmed around Mt Barker and stars Sam Neil and Michael Caton as 2 feuding sheep farming brothers. Tickets available thru The Heart website, rated PG.
If you’re a Beatles fan, Ron Howard made a film based on the first part of the Beatles career, as they took the world by storm. The Beatles; Eight Days a Week, is showing on Monday at 11am.
MAGIC BEACH PLAY
Magic Beach is much loved childrens book by Alison Lester. Now it’s been adapted into a comedy play and it’s showing at the Hearts Main Theatre on Wednesday Oct 14th 1000.
Tickers are limited due to Covid-19 capacity restrictions, but if you miss out on the live show, you can get a ticket to watch a simultaneous video screening in the Studio Theatre. The actors will do a live meet and greet with the audience following the performance. More info and tickets are on The Heart Website.
