Also on Saturday morning the Wildwood Valley Cooking School opens its doors.

You can learn the secrets to either a Taste of Tuscany or Thai Temptations. It includes a 5 course feast.

Bookings are essential via the Wildwood Valley website. The cooking school is on Wildwood Rd, Yallingup.

The Busselton Rotary markets open from 7am Sunday morning, at Signal Park, and offer a multitude of stalls with local produce, arts and crafts, food and drink.

If you’re up for some night time adventure then book in for the Megafauna Nightstalk in the forest of Mammoth Cave. Discover the wonder of long extinct megafauna on this private night tour. Suitable for adults and children over the age of 7.

The tour is on Tuesday night Oct 6th and Thurs October 8th. Bookings are essential.

The Margaret River HEART have lots on offer as we head into the second week of the holidays.

ART WORKSHOPS

If you have some budding artists in your family the HEART are holding a few art workshops for 8-14 years olds and 12-18 year olds. Head to their website for details and to book your place.

MOVIES

Bill and Ted’s excellent adventure is a classic film from 1989 and the boys are back with Bill and Ted Face The music, rated PG. It’s on Friday night at 7:00pm if you want to catch the boys as middle aged men.

Tuesday @ 2pm, H Is For Happiness, a movie about a 12 year old girl and her unique view on the world – rated PG.

Thursday, Trolls World Tour screens at 11am and is rated G.

YOUNG AT HEART

Young@ Heart returns to the Heart on Monday from 10 til 12. A community initiative, young@ heart promotes a place for senior community members to safely participate in the arts. This week, music will be performed by Maureen Gittos, Rod Dilkes and Peter and Jo Mayo.
