Kicking off this weekend and running for ten days, is the fresh new wine festival Fine Vines. It features over thirty unique events to explore our wonderful Margaret River Wine Region. OPEN GARDENS
Also launching this week is the Open Nature Gardens Weekend where you can visit eight local gardens and get tips from the gardeners behind them for creating a nature-friendly, water-wise, sustainable and ecologically-rich garden of your own. Tickets to tour all eight gardens are just $10 with profits going to the Nature Conservation community.

Coming up next week at The Heart is your chance to see the very best in contemporary French film as part of their French Film Festival. Beginning on Monday 18th October, there are four films through out the week encompassing drama, romance and comedy. It’s followed by the Gutsy Girls Adventure Film Tour on Thursday 28th – a collection of short films showcasing strong, inspirational and adventurous women in the outdoor world. Tickets are $30 and you’ll see eight inspiring films celebrating these gutsy women.

OPEN MIC
Open Mic night is back this Friday night in Witchcliffe for budding musicians and performers. It’s family friendly, so bring the kids and share a night listening to emerging music. Tickets are just $5 and available at the door.

EXHIBITION
Then this Saturday night, Woven Cowaramup is launching their Ocean Art Exhibition at the Cowaramup District Club. See over 90 artworks in a variety mediums created by local artists and Woven members. There’s also live music by local musician Emjay. It’s a free event however reservations are essential so check our website for details.

QUIZ
And, don’t forget to book your table of eight for the inaugural RMR Quiz Night on Friday 29th October. Come dressed as your favourite rockstar and test out your musical knowledge to win great prizes and have a lot of fun. The quiz starts at 7pm and tables of eight cost $160.
