Fingers crossed the weather returns to spring sunshine. The Strings Attached Guitar Festival gets under way from the 8th October, check out the info on the Heart’s website. 

 

Thursday 30th September

Sean and Cassandra are performing at Caves House Hotel from 6pm in the piano room.

It’s quiz night at Burger Baby with Mike and Grant. It’s heaps of fun, free to play and great prizes. Please note the questions start at 7pm sharp, you’ll need to book a
table so you don’t miss out.

 

Friday 1st October

There is plenty of live music at Caves House Hotel, beginning from 1pm with
Padderick Henry, and then Katie J White from 5.30pm. Plus there is a night of Jazz and Cocktails with Paula Renee performing from 6.30pm.

The Brewhouse session starts from 4.30pm and local singer songwriter Nathan
Parsons is live, it’s a great place to bring the family.

Joan & The Giants, and Freehand have new releases and are teaming up to perform Friday night at The River. Joan & The Giants are a WA alternative pop band known for their captivating live performances, and Freehand is an uplifting 8-piece soul band based in the Perth Hills. Doors open from 7pm, tickets via oztix.com.au.

 

Saturday 2nd October

The Caves House Hotel has 2 live music sessions with local Pete Matthews
entertaining from 1pm, then Spiff & Fifi continue the live music from 5.30pm.

Singer, songwriter, James Abberley has just arrived to Margs, following a string of sold out shows in the North West. He’s announced a huge South West tour and will head all the way to South Australia, which is his place of origin. Catch him live at The River, doors open from 7pm, and tickets via oztix.com.au.

 

Sunday 3rd October

The bright and bubbly Kiera Jas will start the Sunday session at Caves House Hotel, from 1pm, and Julius Lutero is live from 5.30pm

If you missed the gig Friday at The River, you’ll find Joan & The Giants performing at Clancy’s Fish Pub Dunsborough, from 4.30pm and there’s no cover charge.

Head to The River for a family friendly Sunday session, starting from 3pm. There’s live entertainment with Spiff & Fifi. They play an eclectic mix of covers from the 60’s and 70’s, plus a sprinkling of originals, including their new single,“ Prey”. There is a second session of live music with The Dreggs, which is a re-scheduled show so previous tickets will get you in, and if you can’t make it, a refund will apply. The tour is called ”Stories from Gracetown”, and the show starts from 6pm. All this live music is free!

Mitch Ballardin is a young musician with great talents, he’s playing the Sunday
session at The Brewhouse from 4.30pm.

 

Monday 4th October

Anna Bogachova will play live in the piano room at Caves House Hotel from 6pm.

 

Tuesday 5th October

Jam night is on again at Caves House Hotel, so muster up your courage and hit the stage from 6.30pm.

 

Wednesday 6th October

Caves House Hotel has the night markets open from 5pm, with live entertainment with Peat, from 6pm.

Mike and Grant host the quiz night at the Pourhouse Dunsborough. It’s free to play with great prizes. Book a table, questions start from 7.30pm.
