Artist in Motion

Woven is where women connect and create in Cowaramup.
And even if you’re not a member yet, you’re invited to their “Artist In Motion” event on Saturday 1st May at The Cowaramup District Social Club.

It starts at 7:00pm with a cocktail on arrival and door prizes. There’s an art exhibition featuring local Gracetown artist Asha-Lily and art will be for sale. There’ll also be live music from Kiera Jas and DJ Saramony. Blacksheep Deli are catering.

All Woven members, partners, friends and community welcome!

“Art in Motion” is proudly sponsored by AMR Shire.

Youth Week

Youth Week has come around and once again the Shire’s Youth Advisory Council will celebrate our young people by hosting a festival during school holidays.

There will be performances by local acts, a sausage sizzle, stalls and art activities. RMR will be there with our young crew who’ve put together a great playlist especially for the festival.

Local artist Kaiman will be running an art workshop where you get to say what you think the forthcoming zone room mural could look like.

Come and get amongst it all at the Youth Precinct – Friday 17th April – 3 to 6 pm.
