Young@HEART

Mondays at the HEART is “Young at Heart” a free community event at 10am. This week Ross Goulden will play classical on the grand piano, and Daniel Kempton plays his own compositions on guitar.

Then next Monday the 28th renowned Deb “spoons” Perry will entertain us playing the spoons. Deb has been judged a world spoon playing champion, so not to be missed.

#GameOver Community Flash Photoshoot

Amnesty Margaret River is supporting the Gameover campaign. If you want to support the cause started by soccerroo Craig Foster, to close detention centres, then get down to the Community Flash photoshoot this Saturday.

Supporters are asked to wear their sports gear and come to the Soccer Club at Gloucester Park at 11am. The photo will be sent to the Federal Government to support the campaign.

Cape to Cape Bird Group walk

On Sunday 27th June, the Cape to Cape Bird Group are having a half day walking excursion to The Ridge, north of Cowaramup Bay. Walkers will meet at 9am at the beach car park in Gracetown.

You can loan free equipment for weed spraying, planting and dieback treatment. Just send an email with your name, address and contact details, what equipment you would like to loan, and the dates you’d like it.
