Margaret River – Tuning Into Teens

Accordwest & Parenting Ways are offering a FREE six session parenting program for parents and carers of children aged 10-16 on Fridays, starting 25th February at 9:30am at the Community Centre.

River Angels Garden Party

This year is River Angels’ inaugural Garden Party to be held on March 6th at the Secret Garden. The event will raise funds to continue their work providing practical services to cancer sufferers in the coming year. A selection of artwork, jewellery, accommodation packages, and more will be up for auction on the day.

Tickets are $60 and can be booked online with the price including food, drinks and entertainment.

Author talk by Alec O’Halloran

Join the Margaret River Library team for a free author talk on Thursday February 24th from 5:50-6:30pm with Alec O’Halloran, the author of ‘The master from Marnpi’, the authorised biography of Mick Namarari Tjapaltjarri, a Pintupi man who became an award-winning Papunya Tula artist.

This will be an online presentation on the big screen at the library or guests can sign in from home.
