Lifesaving Season Ends

The holiday season has come to a close and with that the end of Lifesaving patrols at Rivermouth. The last patrol was Sunday 18th April and won’t be happening again until December later in the year. Take good care in the water and check the Shire website for details and updates.

Well, the dust has settled on the main street reno’s. What do you think about the Fearn Avenue section? The Shire would like your opinion on the stretch of road from Fearn Ave to the Hwy via an online survey.

The survey’s open to everyone until 4pm this Friday 23 April 2021.

Firewood

The weather’s become unpredictable – as it always does after Easter. If you’re feeling a bit chilly check out your local Lion’s facebook page for details of how to stock up on firewood. All sales benefit our community so it’s a win win!

Pottery at Woven

Woven Cowaramup’s activities keep rolling out. Becoming a member is inexpensive and affords you Cowaramup Club membership too.

The last pottery workshop before Winter is on – Saturday 24th April from 2 – 4 pm. No experience necessary!

Mountain Bike Girls

Call out to girls ages 7 to 16.

Have you explored the mountain bike park in the Pines yet?

Lil Miss Orcas is a girls-only mountain biking skills & coaching group run by your local MTB club, MRORCA. That’s the Margaret River Off-Road Cycling Association.

There are a few spots free this term and they would love to show you around and teach you how to get the most fun out of the trails on Thursdays – 4 -5 pm.

If you think you know any girls that would be up for it , please give them the heads up.
